ABOUT JOHN

For the past 30 years John has owned manufacturing and service industry businesses in the $5MM to $15MM revenue range. He has significant experience in start-up, turn around, and growth environments. He is a founder and partner in both a private equity firm and an investment banking firm where he provided mergers and acquisitions advisory.
John earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in strategy. He holds the advanced exit planning designation, CExP.
John works closely with business owners to build their business’s value so they may reap the rewards of their work. For John its not simply about business, rather it’s about the relationship with each person and the contribution he can make to them, their business, their families, and their communities.
